Welcome
Hi, I’m Alistair, a pet photographer based in Nottingham. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I know just how much they mean to us.
Call me old fashioned, but I love having beautiful photographs that I can touch and display on my walls. There’s something about it that feels special and unique in a world dominated by phone screens.
Get in touch, and let’s turn your pet’s personality into a portrait you’ll love!
The great outdoors is my studio
I believe the best way to capture your dogs personality is in their natural environment, the great outdoors. Chasing a ball, running through the woods. rolling around in fox poo: where they’re at their happiest.
Photography sessions are fun. Essentially, we go on a dog walk together. You bring your pet, I bring my camera gear, nature hopefully brings nice weather, and we make magic.
How much does it cost?
Fee for the photography session: £50
The fee is for my time taking the photos, as well as post processing.
After the shoot you will receive your pictures in a personalised online gallery. From there you will be able to order prints, canvas or digital pictures.
Print prices start from as little as £24. Click below for details on products and prices.

No problem at all, my camera can shoot at 1/32,000th of a second so your dog can move around as much as they like. I find lots of my best pictures come from dogs who are too excitable to sit still, plus I have lots of toys and distractions to get their attention.

Leads can be edited out. I can show you ways to hold the lead to get the best results. I also can bring a long training lead if needed.
Editing out a harness is a different story. If you don’t want the harness showing in the photos then it would be better to remove it and clip the lead to the collar instead.
